Straight Lines is a photography project that aims to simplify the structures and the shadows of the structures at New York University Abu Dhabi into simple straight lines. Sometimes playing with the relationship between lights and shadows, sometimes playing with the structural elements themselves, this project takes its audience to a unique and near fantastical journey to the campus of New York University Abu Dhabi. Part of the project is abstract and even unrealistic, which leads its audience to think and imagine, while the other part of the project brings a whole new perspective to some common and almost trivial structures, inviting its audience to appreciate them.
